With a commitment to craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, their work ethic and talent have led Xtreme Building Contractors to take on large-scale projects, including new builds, complexes, and factories, handling both interior and exterior work. With over 35 years of hands-on experience in construction, Michael Tallia is the foundation of Xtreme Building Contractor’s legacy. His extensive knowledge and seasoned expertise have shaped countless projects, big and small, throughout New Jersey and New York.
For Michael, construction is more than just a profession — it’s a lifelong passion. Working alongside his son, Anthony, and being part of a family-run business is one of his greatest joys. He takes pride in passing down decades of wisdom, guiding the next generation, and watching the family’s shared dedication to quality and craftsmanship continue to grow.
Laura Tallia is the backbone of Xtreme Building Contractor’s operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As the Administrative Manager, she takes pride in keeping the business organized and making sure clients always receive prompt, clear communication.
Known for her attention to detail, Laura is an excellent liaison between clients, vendors, and the team. She believes that strong relationships and responsiveness are just as important as quality craftsmanship, and she goes above and beyond to ensure every project is managed with professionalism and care.
